Please use our encrypted drop-zone, via the button below, to safely transfer large presentation files, media assets, and documents directly to our events team.

• Before upload, please rename the files with your name and event name.
• Files up to 5GB can be uploaded.
• You do not need a file-sharing account to use this portal. You may be prompted to enter your email address to verify your identity before the upload begins.
• All files are secure and only accessed by our events team and onsite AV technician.
• You are welcome to update the file(s) at the event.
